The noon game will be televised nationally on ESPNews.

  1. RB Marlon Mack, who had 20 rushes for 118 yards and two touchdowns, became USF’s all-time career rushing leader. Mack has 2,755 career rushing yards, passing Andre Hall (2,731 yards in 2004-05) for the top spot on USF’s list. Mack moved into 21st place on the state of Florida’s all-time career list for Football Bowl Subdivision rushers. Mack now needs 193 more rushing yards to pass Tim Tebow on the list.
  2. The defense is BACK!
  3. Last week ECU was beat by UCF 47 to 29.
  4. Last week’s on the road Bulls win 45 to 20 over Cincinnati was a blast to watch.
  5. “I was really excited about our defense. That’s the defense that we all like to see. Guys are going out and getting turnovers. I was really impressed with the adjustments we made at halftime and the way our guys tackled in the second half.” – head coach Willie Taggart.
  6. USF (4-1, 1-0) ranks fifth nationally in scoring offense, posting 45.8 points per game. “Our offense is a confident group of guys that really have a passion for getting to the end zone,” Taggart said.
  7. The Bulls rank 15th nationally in rushing offense (251.4 ypg) and 26th in total offense (492 ypg).
  8. USF will be forced to go without starting right tackle William Atterbury, who is out indefinitely after fracturing his leg at Cincinnati. The redshirt freshman from Clearwater started the past four games after impressing coaches throughout fall camp.  Stepping up in Atterbury’s place will be redshirt freshman Marcus Norman (Sebastian, Fla.), who started the season opener at right tackle.

USE HASHTAG #saeusftailgate

See the table above for times!!

For those that have Parking Passes, we’ll be meeting at Winn-Dixie parking lot at 2525 North Dale Mabry, Tampa, FL 33607 just South of the stadium.  We can drive in together and park next to each other in Lot 6.  We are tailgating in the same lot as last year under the trees.

I have an EXTRA lot 6 parking pass.  First one to contact me (Mitch) and is able to drive in early with us gets it for free.

It’ll be BYOB for food and drinks.

We’ll be tailgating in Lot 6 (see map below).  We should be towards the front of Lot 6 hopefully under the trees since we’ll get there early.  Just look for 21 foot tall flagpole with the SAE Flag on it (see flag below).  That way you can see us easier.

We’re bringing our usual tents, folding table, coolers, chairs, fans, etc….

I’ve copied the 2016 game schedule and the map for parking at the bottom of this web page so you can make arrangements for Home games.

For those that don’t have season tickets, you can still buy individual tickets or you can scalp them at the game.

Take care and here’s my cell

if you need it.
